Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 7 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the furniture is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
Returns: We accept returns for defective products only. The product must be new and unused.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
Return Process:
- If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.
- We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Yes, we require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt of the items. If you're unavailable, we can arrange for another delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
